报告人简介

Prof. Ljupco Kocarev (Member of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, 2023; Fellow of IEEE, 2006) is a founding director of the Research Center for Computer Science and Information technologies, Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Skopje, Macedonia and a Professor emeritus of Computer Science and Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. He was the President, Vise-President and Scientific Secretary of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts. His scientific research has been supported from the Macedonian Government, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ANSO), USA (NSF, AFOSR, DoE, NIH and ONR), Industry (STMicroelectronics), EU (TEMPUS, FP6, FP7, Horizon 2020), UNDP, UNESCO and from Germany (DAAD, DFG). He has coauthored over 200 peer-reviewed journal publications in more than 50 different journals and has 8 granted patents in US and Europe. Based on Stanford/Elsevier Data he is among global top 2% Scientists.
